Who’s cooking

Chael MacDonald has helped start a few restaurants in Edmonton, and worked in several. This one began on a trip to Japan, discovering sandwiches. The idea came home as a couple of loaf pans in his luggage. He bakes the shokupan himself. It’s not so easy to find here.
